The 20-year-old man whose body was found in Gribble Creek this afternoon has been identified as Joshua Wiley Carver of Hubbard. He was discovered by his father, Kenneth Boyd Carver, 46, at about 2:45 p.m..
The Clackamas County Medical Examiner’s Office has yet to determine the cause of death.

Virginia Winter, the Molalla woman convicted last November on nine counts of animal neglect, was scheduled for a probation violation hearing today, after Clackasmas County Sheriff’s Office deputies found horses living on her property again in September.

Family notifications having been completed, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office today identified the married couple who died in an apparent murder-suicide late Friday night as Kimberly Ann Hayes, 29, and Gary William Hayes, Jr., 30.
