The five former Molalla High School basketball players charged with assaulting a freshman teammate in December of 2006 were convicted on Monday afternoon by a Deschutes County judge.

The Deschutes County hearing for five former Molalla basketball players has been postponed again.
The players face sex abuse charges for hazing a teammate. The alleged abuse occurred while the team was on a road trip last season, so the players have been charged in both Deschutes and Clatsop Counties.

A contentious youth basketball game in Estacada led to the arrest of a Molalla Youth Sports coach over the weekend.
